Due to the nature of our research products and applicable handling requirements, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.
Refunds are generally not available for:

- Incorrect product selection or ordering
- Failure to review product information before ordering

- Circumstances outside of Glow Labs’ control
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during transit
- An incorrect product was shipped due to a fulfillment error
- The package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier

Any issue with an order should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Review Process

Replacements

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Shipping costs may be refunded when the issue resulted from a verified fulfillment error or another circumstance determined to be the responsibility of Glow Labs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
